Greeting Cards & Letterpress
I believe design should be multidisciplinary, accessible, and connected to its histories and cultural contexts. My serendipitous introduction to letterpress opened a door to a community committed to preserving analog practices and sharing the pleasures of making.
This experience inspired an ongoing exploration of greeting cards: modest, ephemeral objects that invite moments of connection though tangible exchange.
Through letterpress and greeting card design, I investigate how material processes and everyday artifacts can make design more accessible, foster meaningful relationships, and bring people together. This work informs my broader research into design as a social practice - one activated through the bridges we build between people.
